This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities:Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to generate new business.Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on prospective clients.Present and sell company products/services to new customers.Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using [CRM Tool, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies.What we are looking for:Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (1+ years preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.What we offer:Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure.Professional growth opportunities.Ongoing training and sales development.
