InComm is a global leader in the payments industry with over 30 years of experience and a presence in 30+ countries.As pioneers in gift cards, we hold two-thirds of the global market share.Our mission is to revolutionize global commerce through innovative payment technologies for retailers, brands, and consumers.Job SummaryThe IT Delivery Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with IT Delivery leadership and stakeholders in order to provide strategic planning for various project requests and gather, analyze, and document business requirements that will support cross-functional project execution.This position will work in a support role and alongside various individuals of all levels and departments, and must be comfortable in a technical setting, communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and understand the fundamental business needs, process frameworks, and supporting technologies in order to interpret and define business and functional requirementsAssist stakeholders in defining project scopeWork with IT resources to define functional approaches and high level scopes of workIdentify and document business risks, impacts, and mitigation options based on requirementsEffectively define and present project requirements and process flows via various formats – including workflow diagrams, use cases, business requirements documents, process framework documents, verbal presentations, etc.Secure business and functional requirements approval from business and technical stakeholdersWrite test cases and coordinate with development/QA teams to ensure business requirements are metCoordinate with project managers to meet BA deliverable expectations and schedulesProvide team members, stakeholders, and project managers with concise and accurate status updates regarding progress and action itemsSchedule, participate in, and lead discovery meetingsCapture detailed notes/meeting minutes from discovery and review callsManage multiple assignments simultaneouslyRequirementsMinimum 0 – 2 years of business analysis experienceBachelor's degree in MIS/CS, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experienceStrong analytical skills, displaying ability to quickly understand new information and problem solveAbility to productively work both independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with a team on larger effortsEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office tools – such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VisioFamiliarity with project management methodologies – including Agile and Waterfall – and tools – such as MS Project, Jira, ADO, etc.Exposure to IT spaces related to order management systems, data processing tools, or infrastructure servicesBenefits: R$340 home office allowance R$1,150 meal/food allowance (VR/VA) 10% annual bonus SulAmérica health/dental plan Life insurance Hardware provided 100% remote Educational supportApply today and help us build a future of seamless, high-quality software systems.
