Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for managing accounts payable processes.As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be engaged in daily voucher checks to ensure timely and accurate payments, and JE entry to guarantee compliance and reliability in accounting.
You will also identify AP accounting issues and risks, and propose solutions and measures to mitigate them.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments.
You will have the opportunity to lead or participate in specialized projects focused on AP processes and systems improvement, enhancing work efficiency and quality.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related major, with written and oral ability in both English and Portuguese.
Experience in AP accounting is essential, and familiarity with Brazilian financial and tax policies and practices is highly preferred.Additionally, the successful candidate will have basic IT system knowledge and relevant experience in system establishment or integration.
