In this entry-level role, you will participate in team activities, gather basic requirements, document user stories under guidance, and execute assigned tasks within an Agile framework.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvementGathers business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change processWrites and communicates requirements and user stories following standardized Agile frameworkWorks effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban teamDocument acceptance criteria for user stories with guidanceCollaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are doneManages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a projectCoordinates risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to projectParticipates in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planningExecute on test script developed in design and implementation phasesQualifications And Job RequirementsRelevant experience (including internships or coursework related to business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsHighly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)Must be a team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasksProven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentStrong business acumen and ability to interface with executive managementWhat we offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
