OverviewFullstack Node + Nest + React Tech Lead - Remote Work at BairesDev.Join to apply for the Fullstack Node + Nest + React Tech Lead - Remote Work role at BairesDev.We have over 15 years of technology projects experience and a global, remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers delivering cutting-edge solutions for leading companies and startups worldwide.We're looking for a natural leader with mentoring experience to technically oversee a team of front- and back-end developers and push innovation in a fast-paced global environment.What You Will DoArchitect backend systems using best practices.Implement and iterate features in a tactical, rapid manner.Collaborate across functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.Design, extend, and implement APIs.Maintain high engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.Create engineering efficiencies through automation and tooling.Define engineering processes for product launches and releases.Help grow the engineering team by running technical interviews.Requirements7+ years of experience in React/Node.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with Microservices and the Cloud.Experience using the Nest.js framework.IT infrastructure knowledge.Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.Knowledge of AWS (RDS, SNS, SQS, Lambda), REST, GraphQL, TypeScript, Terraform and CircleCI.Experience developing entire applications from scratch.Experience in automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.Strong experience with version control.Advanced English level.What We Offer100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or local currency if preferred.Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.Flexible hours with your own schedule.Paid parental leave, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural environment with global Top 1% talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, growth opportunities, and promotions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
