Location : Alpharetta, GARemote Status : On-SiteJob Id : 167# of Openings : 1Position DescriptionReports to : Sales Development Representative ManagerJob Scope and AccountabilitiesThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at Kahua serves as an integral function for both the Marketing and Sales organizations.As such, this role is critical to the success of demand generation programs and new account sales.Individuals hired as SDRs must demonstrate a strong work ethic, team spirit and the courage to engage in consultative business conversations via the phone with project managers and executives.SDR's work closely with Sales and Marketing personnel in support of lead generation, nurturing and qualification programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationOutbound calling and e-mails into targeted companies and industriesFollow-up calling and e-mails to contacts from marketing programs such as tradeshows, seminars, presentations, webinars and web demosLead NurturingManaging follow-up calls to remain engaged with prospects throughout nurturing and sales cyclesLeveraging materials such as case studies, whitepapers, conferences and web content to periodically engage with prospects in the nurturing pipelineLead QualificationAccurately identify key criteria in each prospect account to ensure that Sales Reps engage in highly qualified opportunitiesAccurately identify key account risks to avoid chasing bad dealsPersonal Success ManagementManaging time appropriately to achieve broad coverage across many accounts in the nurturing pipelineAccurate tracking and reporting of activitiesExperience RequiredDemonstrated success as a Sales Development or Telemarketing Representative in a business-to-business technology industry, preferably construction software (3 years minimum)Demonstrated success as a Sales team member in a supporting role (references required)Demonstrated success nurturing multiple accounts and timely follow-upDemonstrated success in gaining confidence and building a rapport with prospectsDemonstrated ability to engage decision makers and executivesEducation / Professional QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferredExperience in the use of CRM applications to track status and results of outbound calling and lead nurturing activitiesProficient in Salesforce and SalesLoftInterpersonal SkillsHonesty and integrity in all job responsibilitiesResults-oriented approach with a "can do" attitude and a passion for the detailsExcellent writing and verbal skillsSuperior work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction – both internal and externalExhibits alignment with Kahua's Core Values of Teamwork, Customer Focus, Continuous Improvement, Performance and Work-Life BalanceAt Kahua, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.All qualified applicants for employment will be considered without regard to an individual's race, color, sex, gender identity, gender expression, religion, age, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental disability, medical condition, family care status, marital status, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other basis protected by federal, state or local laws.If you are unable to submit your application because of incompatible assistive technology or a disability, please contact us at .#J-*****-Ljbffr
