Analista Fiscal – Hiab – Santo Antônio da Patrulha, RSPurpose of the positionThis role is responsible for ensuring compliance with tax legislation, supporting management in implementing efficient tax strategies, and acting as a technical reference on complex fiscal topics.It requires a high level of analysis, detailed knowledge of tax regulations, and the ability to tackle regulatory challenges in a dynamic corporate environment.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesMonitor the correct fulfillment of fiscal obligations, including the calculation and collection of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, and others).Review and validate calculations and fiscal declarations performed by the team, ensuring compliance with current legislation.Analyze the tax impacts of company operations, including new activities, special regimes, and tax benefits.Support the management and review of SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, PER/DCOMP, and other ancillary obligations.Support internal and external tax audits, providing necessary information and documentation.Interact with regulatory bodies and external consultants to ensure correct understanding and application of tax legislation.Track changes in tax legislation and their impacts on company business, guaranteeing constant updates of tax practices.Record transactions and perform system ERP parameterizations, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal norms.Receive fiscal merchandise, including driver and supplier assistance.Billing routines.Develop and implement process improvements, optimizing efficiency and ensuring greater precision in deliveries.What you'll need to succeedComplete higher education in Accounting, Law, Management, Economics, or related areas.Minimum 3 years of experience in the tax area, preferably in industrial companies.Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation and its impact on business.Basic knowledge in accounting and import/export processes.Experience with indirect (ICMS, IPI, ISS) and direct (IRPJ, CSLL) taxation.Knowledge in SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, and other ancillary obligations.Good verbal and written communication.Intermediate Excel skills.Organization, attention to detail, and analytical ability.Proactivity and ability to work in team.DifferentialsPostgraduate in Tax Management or related areas.Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP.Knowledge in Transfer Pricing.Intermediate or advanced English.You will be part ofJoin a global team dedicated to innovation and sustainability.Interested to join?If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application and résumé.Hiab (Nasdaq Helsinki: HIAB) is a leading provider of smart and sustainable on-road load-handling solutions, committed to delivering the best customer experience every day with the most engaged people and partners.#J-*****-Ljbffr
