Responsibilities
Lead training efforts for Field Sales Operations and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition to new SAAS partner, Move Medical
Assess training needs and develop sessions, including live and virtual workshops, to align with Field Sales Network goals
Create learning materials and standard operating procedures for sales office implementation and optimization
Utilize analytics to drive strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and refine inventory management
Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in leadership, training, or people management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel
Clear understanding of standard procedures with the ability to modify and train others on them
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Background in healthcare or central services
Experience with visualization programs like PowerBI and/or Tableau
Familiarity with working in highly regulated industries
Experience in sales or sales support roles in Trauma, Spine, or Joint Reconstruction
Project Management Certification or experience
