Chief Financial Strategist Role-We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and economics, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.-The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that guide business decisions.-Prepare regular financial reports with variance analysis and recommend adjustments to improve results.-Build and maintain financial models that support planning, investment decisions, and "what-if" scenarios.-Work closely with operations, sales, and other teams to align financial plans with company goals.-Analyze profitability, costs, and ROI to identify risks, trends, and new opportunities for growth.Requirements-Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required, MBA or advance degree preferred.-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.-Strong understanding of accounting principles and management reporting.-Expert financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; proficiency in ERP and financial planning systems.-Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.-Experience in agriculture, produce, or food manufacturing industry preferred.-Strong business judgment and results-driven mindset-Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
