As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets to help solve problems.This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, cleaning and massaging data into required shape, creating Tableau datasets and reports, and presenting finished products to gather feedback.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, possess strong analytic skills, hands-on approach, and ability to deliver commitments.You will also need to maintain and document the operational environment, process SQL Server SPs and queries, and deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needsCleanse and massage data into required shape, creating Tableau datasets and reportsPresent finished products, gathering feedback from stakeholdersDeploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specificationsMaintain and document the operational environmentProcess SQL Server SPs and queriesRequirements:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reportsStrong analytic skills, hands-on approach, and ability to deliver commitmentsSuperior organizational skills, disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentationExperience with ETL of data using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (plus)Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (plus)Benefits:FlexibilityTailored compensationTech-driven toolsAutonomous workflowWell-beingDiversity & inclusionCollaborationDevelopment
