Contract ManagerParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Manager to join our teamIn this role you will get to manage all contract activity for a directorate, a major market segment, or for a major project, playing a key role in managing complex contractual relationships and driving successful outcomes.What You'll Be Doing:Participate in Directorate, Company, and Corporate strategic planning activities for specific projects (e.g., risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, participation in business plan development, etc.).Provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensures proficiency and timeliness of contract administration.Make staffing assignments and reassignments as Company and project needs arise.Recruit, interviews, and evaluates prospective employees.Hire, offers personnel development, conducts performance evaluations, counsels, takes corrective action as required, and approves terminations.Ensure that new employees receive orientation in company policies and procedures.Collaborate with directorate and project management to ensure proper support in proposal preparation, as well as contract negotiations and administration.Review requests for proposals to identify risks and contractual terms not conforming to Company policy.Negotiate the more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with clients.May represent the Company at government procurement regulatory and policymaking committee hearings and at industry association committees dealing with Federal Procurement Policy initiatives that will have an impact on the industry.Maintain an active participation in related professional societies to keep abreast of relevant contractual issues.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.May be called upon to travel to client sites.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.12+ years of prime contract administration experience is required.Requires a comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts.Knowledge and experience within Space market.Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.Ability to perform in a management capacity is also required.Willingness to travel to client sites.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Active Security Clearance.Security Clearance Requirement:None.Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: $120,****** - $217,******.We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, so we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyleEqual Opportunity StatementParsons is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status or any other protected status.Fraud NoticeParsons is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices.To learn more about recruitment fraud and how to report it, please refer to /.#J-*****-Ljbffr
