About the RoleWe are seeking ahighly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Data Analystto help us uncover insights and drive data-informed decisions across the organization.In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets.You will build dashboards, identify trends, and support business leaders with data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and improve performance.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring data, and turning numbers into stories that matter.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sourcesAnalyze data to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insightsBuild and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reportsCollaborate with business, product, and marketing teams to define metrics and KPIsSupport leadership with data analysis for strategic planningEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reportingProficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical tool (Python, R, or Power BI)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholdersEnglish fluency required; Korean proficiency preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar visualization toolsKnowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, or cloud analytics platformsBackground in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS analyticsFamiliarity with A/B testing, customer analytics, or predictive modelingBenefits100% remote work flexibilityCompetitive salary and performance bonusesOpportunities to work with global, data-driven teamsCareer growth and professional development supportCollaborative, innovative, and analytical cultureApply Now:Send your resume and (if available) a portfolio of previous analytics projects via LinkedIn message or email .
