Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller to drive prospect engagement and generate new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification to build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to schedule qualification calls, follow up on prospects, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to close.Core Tasks:Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreachAssist the sales lead in performing regular follow-ups to drive opportunities to closeScrape leads and build contact lists using tools like LinkedIn and ApolloSchedule qualification calls as needed with the goal of booking callsManage contacts, paperwork, and follow-up throughout the deal stagesTrack and report on key outreach and close metrics regularlyPerform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed.Must-Haves:3+ years of experience in a phone outreach/appointment setter roleExperience using Dialpad or a similar phone outreach toolDemonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role1+ years of experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact/pipeline managementBasic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reportingStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work EST
