Periodic travel to engaging recruiting events and job fairs.What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesSource and promote opportunities to candidates through job boards, social media, and networking eventsScreen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align candidates with job requirementsFoster relationships with schools and community organizations to generate applicant interestEnsure compliance with recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data recordsWhat is Required (Qualifications)Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levelsFamiliarity with recruitment metrics and data analysisExperience in the healthcare industry is preferredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systemsPrevious experience in community engagement and relationship-building with educational institutionsAbility to effectively sell the employer brand to potential candidates#HealthcareServices #TalentAcquisition #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #RecruitmentWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
