Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist">A leading organization is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance its world-class recruitment team. This role will focus on finding, evaluating and placing top technical talent.">Our team builds the foundation of client success by connecting them with exceptional candidates who share our vision and values.">Key Responsibilities:">Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.Leverage various sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations.Act as a trusted representative of the organization, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.">Requirements:">3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.Proven experience recruiting diverse Information Technology roles.Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical experts.Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.">About Us">We are committed to building a world-class recruitment team that delivers exceptional results.If you are a motivated and experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.")},
