In this role you will: (responsibilities) Required Skills:We are seeking a talented and proactive Service Now Developer with expertise in Now Assist AI and Service Now's AI-driven capabilities. This role is key to enhancing our Service Now platform with AI-powered solutions, driving automation, efficiency, and intelligent workflows for our business and clients.Proven experience as a Service Now Developer, with hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI and Service Now's AI/ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI integrations).Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, scripting (Java Script, Glide), and configuration.Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations.Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI service orchestration, or similar AI technologies is a strong advantage.Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly AI solutions within Service Now.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions using Service Now Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Service Now AI configurations.Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other Service Now modules.Optimize and fine-tune AI models within Service Now for accuracy, relevance, and performance.Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the Service Now ecosystem.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.Stay up to date with Service Now AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Preferred QualificationsService Now certifications such as:Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Implementation SpecialistNow Assist AI Specialist (if available)Experience with additional Service Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Sec Ops, etc.).Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesShift time: São Paulo: 10h-19hLondrina: 10h -19:48hWhat can you expect from us? • Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests. • Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.
