Sales Business Development Executive - Detalhes da Vaga. ? As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by closing deals and expanding our market presence. ? Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. ? A proven track record of success in sales leadership is essential, along with expertise in consultative selling techniques and solution-based sales strategies. ? You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain administrative rigor through timely reporting and documentation. ? Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Client Engagement:Act as an independent sales hunter with a proactive mindset, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. ? Utilize consultative selling techniques to work with prospects and determine how to best recommend our solutions to improve current business processes through AI. ? Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive market expansion and achieve revenue targets. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution. ? Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities. ? Operational Excellence:Maintain administrative rigor by submitting timely sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency. ? Requirements: Previous experience in SaaS / enterprise application software / solution selling / cloud computing is mandatory. ? A background in servicing clients in the Banking / Fintech / Financial Services / Insurance / Telco / Healthcare sectors is required. ? The ability to conduct CxO level engagement and secure executive sponsorship for deals is crucial. ? A comfort level working in a high-growth environment with fast pace and resourcefulness is necessary. ? A proven ability to drive end-to-end sales is essential. ?
