Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Media Specialist to lead our Paid Media initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong analytical mindset, solid communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.Key Responsibilities:Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for various clients.Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure KPIs and goals are achieved.Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.Produce monthly performance reports and collaborate with Account Managers on strategic recommendations.Monitor trends, updates, and best practices in Paid Media to ensure campaign efficiency.Provide strategic input to improve overall account performance and growth.Ensure tracking and attribution are properly implemented using Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and/or Performance Max campaigns.Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to align digital campaigns with business objectives.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and campaigns.Chance to develop and implement new marketing strategies.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Other Opportunities:Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
