**Job Summary**:
Leads the sites overall manufacturing operations initiatives and facilitates proper execution of operational goals.
Oversees operational areas and is accountable for daily execution of the system.
A member of site leadership executing business strategy.
A critical role within the help chain supporting effective and efficient resolution for escalating items with a pulse on rotation groups.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees continuous improvement using lean manufacturing with a strong discipline to systems execution.
- Builds strong employee and labor relations to ensure a high-level of engagement.
- Achieves plant goals and initiatives affecting safety, quality, cost, delivery, people and sustainability.
- Implements and supports policies, programs and initiatives.
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
**Education Specifications**:
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Degree Preferred
- MBA Preferred
**Experience Requirements**:
**Required**
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
