Talent Operations Specialist Role SummaryThis role is responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality candidate experience.The primary focus is on operational efficiency, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and process optimization.Operational Execution:Manage candidate-related tasks including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, reporting information, and interacting with internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication:Provide regular updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings to ensure candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).Process Optimization:Evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in Operations within digital business or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, ability to manage databases and process them into reports and insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.Benefits:The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.If you are a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in Talent Operations, we encourage you to apply.
