As a key player in our hiring process, you will oversee seamless interviews and candidate evaluations, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.Core Responsibilities:You will direct all phases of the interview process, including preparation, scheduling, and outcome tracking.Assess English communication skills and align candidates with job requirements.Work closely with sales to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.Gather and analyze feedback from interviews to enhance candidate selection processes.Ensure timely updates and communications across all platforms and stakeholders.Respond to clients and candidates via telephone, email, or other social media platforms to handle complex questions and requests.Additional Responsibilities:You will translate business objectives into process improvements and technical requirements.Create project documentation and coordinate teams to implement solutions.Provide analytical support to refine operational workflows.Skills and Qualifications:You should have background experience in customer-facing roles within IT, HR, or related fields.Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel are required; knowledge of business analytics tools is advantageous.You should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to manage complex processes, and multitask effectively remotely.Able to switch between tasks seamlessly and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.Cross-functional support through email, social-media, messaging, or calls.Resolve conflicts and foster collaboration and resolution.Demonstrated hunger for career growth.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our hiring process and contribute to our company's success.
