A **New Balance** está em busca de um Vendedor(a) para sua Loja no Morumbi, em São Paulo.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Acolher aos clientes, recebendo a todos sem julgamento, sendo autêntico e buscando contato visual.
- Contar aos clientes sobre a loja, explicando as áreas e o modelo de auto atendimento oferecido pela marca.
- Garantir a experiência satisfatória dos clientes, através de negociações, estimulando a experimentar os produtos.
- Realizar a conferência de produtos diariamente, verificando se possuem etiqueta, alarme e preço de acordo com a campanha vigente.
- Acompanhar diariamente as metas de vendas e indicadores de performance individual.
- Realizar a prospecção de clientes.
- Realizar a pós venda.
- Trabalhar em linha com seus pares, garantindo uma boa comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.
- Realizar o fechamento da experiência do cliente, através do agradecimento e solicitação para avaliação e participação no NPS.
- Garantir que a loja se mantenha organizada e limpa de acordo com os padrões definidos.
**Experiências e Qualificações**:
- Ensino Médio completo.
- Desejável experiência anterior com Vendas.
- Desejável conhecimento de Técnicas de Negociação em Vendas e Indicadores de Vendas.
- Será um diferencial experiência anterior em marcas de Moda Casual/Esportiva.
- Afinidade com informática (internet, word, excel) e sistemas.
Tipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT
Pagamento: R$1.800,00 - R$1.900,00 por mês
