Responsibilities include data analysis, database management, hardware/software support, project support, and serving as the network POC for IT.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze and manipulate data for operational insights.Create tools, macros, etc., for local teams.Manage and create databases as needed.Identify opportunities for process improvements through technical solutions.Support ad hoc requests.Own local IT equipment and requests.Act as the primary IT contact for systems issues.Serve as IT POC for on-site projects.Manage asset tracking and management.Coordinate updates, testing, and support for IT systems and software for Campus and Transportation.Support equipment setup.Act as a functional IT stakeholder for senior leadership.Knowledge:Microsoft Office ProgramsDatabase experienceEAM knowledge is a plusSkills:Macro and tool creation using various programs.Abilities:Work in a warehouse environment.Work schedule as needed to perform duties.Proficient in computer data entry and research.Motivated, self-starter, team player, with attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.Education:High School diploma or equivalent.Experience:Experience in a distribution environment preferred.3+ years in hardware/software systems, maintenance, and technical support.Supervision: Routine review of work; individual contributor role, no staff management.This position is the primary campus contact for hardware/software issues, responsible for hardware management, support, and supplies, and acts as the main IT contact during system changes, enhancements, and outages.
