About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Customer Success Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.In this dynamic position, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, analyze product usage, and gather feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
You will also organize demos, training sessions, and best practice sharing to encourage product adoption.As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the customer's voice, ensuring their insights and experiences are reflected in product development.
You will work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with project execution, overseeing risks, timelines, and budgets.Your responsibilities will include:Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationshipsAnalyzing product usage and gathering customer feedbackOrganizing demos, training sessions, and best practice sharingActing as the customer's voice in product developmentCoordinating structured interactions with customers on service management and support topicsLeading project execution and ensuring a positive customer experienceOverseeing project risks, timelines, and budgetsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the media industryFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologiesStrong ability to understand and address customer needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn analytical mindset and project management expertiseA willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry eventsBenefits of Joining Our TeamWe offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
