Healthcare Recruiter Role DescriptionAs a skilled Healthcare Recruiter, you will connect talented healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities.This dynamic role involves conducting high-volume candidate outreach via telephone screening to match their skills and interests with available job opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective healthcare candidates to effectively communicate job descriptions, assignment details, and benefits.Screen and qualify candidates based on their skills and interests to ensure a strong match for available job opportunities.Relationship Building & Candidate Management:Establish strong relationships with candidates through consistent and professional communication to maintain engagement and commitment throughout the recruitment process.Proactively follow up with candidates to nurture candidate pipelines for future opportunities.Compliance & Documentation:Obtain and verify job-specific compliance documents, including licenses, credentials, and background check information to ensure candidates meet all compliance requirements prior to placement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation within the ATS to ensure records are complete and accurate.Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:Accurately enter and update candidate details, communications, and compliance information within the ATS to ensure data is current and accurate.Qualifications:Proven experience in recruitment, high-volume candidate sourcing, telemarketing, or related roles to demonstrate expertise in the field.Excellent telephone communication skills and confidence handling high call volumes daily to effectively engage with candidates.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.Skills & Attributes:Results-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and objectives.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and colleagues at all levels.Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.We offer a competitive base salary, attractive commission scheme, comprehensive training, ongoing professional development, energetic supportive team environment, opportunities for career growth, and paid trips abroad for top performers.
