We're expanding our team in Brazil and are looking for a Channel Account Manager (CAM) with a passion for driving indirect sales and building strong channel partnerships.What You'll DoManage and develop strong relationships with sales representatives and channel partners.Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the telecom and radio communications sectors.Design and implement growth strategies to strengthen channel loyalty and boost performance.Monitor and report on sales metrics; build actionable plans for improvement.Conduct regular partner visits (25–50% travel).Create impactful sales support materials and train reseller teams on Hytera's portfolio.Work closely with international teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support).Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to refine strategies.What We're Looking For Experience managing indirect sales or channel partners, preferably in telecom, tech, or radio communications. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven, self-starter with a commercial mindset.
