We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Advocate to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless product adoption and retention.Key responsibilities include fostering trust with clients, providing expert support for their needs, keeping customers informed on new features and best practices, monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction to identify opportunities, leading renewal processes, and driving growth within customer accounts.Requirements include 1+ years of experience in customer success management, advanced communication skills, ability to handle difficult client conversations, build client trust, collect and filter feedback, and transfer insights to stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer retention, analytical skills, data-driven approach, and practical use of AI tools and software.The successful Candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes through customer-centric strategies, leveraging KPIs (SLA, CSAT, Retention, Churn, Refunds) to inform decisions and drive results-oriented execution.Award-winning companies prioritize customer success as a key driver of revenue growth and competitive advantage.By joining our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business results.
