Job Summary:As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional support experiences.You will work closely with global customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Microsoft Cloud technologies.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries.Operational tasks in the Application Support team, working with Microsoft Cloud technologies.Scope and investigate customer issues by collecting relevant facts and researching solutions.Collaborate with peers and management to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Act as a customer advocate, empowering them to find information, self-solve, and learn more about Microsoft products.Advise customers on how to gain additional value from their Microsoft products and services.Document technical work and research to improve product and support experiences.Key Qualifications:Previous IT support experience.Strong SQL skills, including connecting databases and executing queries.Hands-on experience with APIs.Fluent English verbal and written communication.Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure) is a plus.Ability to work in a remote environment and communicate effectively with international teams.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.The opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences.
