Remote Endpoint Management Leader WantedAbout the JobWe're seeking an accomplished technical leader to oversee our endpoint management team, ensuring seamless operation of 600+ corporate devices worldwide.This position requires a relentless focus on automation and efficiency while maintaining compliance with multiple security frameworks.Lead a team of engineers providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvementCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devicesLead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security eventsRequired Skills & QualificationsAwarded candidates must have:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA)Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFluency in EnglishBenefits & What We OfferThis is a fully remote position requiring occasional meetings across global time zones and potential on-call rotation participation for critical issues.Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team working together to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
