Employer Industry: Market Intelligence and AI Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $199,999 Opportunity for equity and a generous benefits program Potential for career advancement and mentorship within the organization Supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity Chance to lead and drive significant technical programs that impact business outcomes Work with a global team of over 2,000 professionals in a fast-paced industry Responsibilities Drive end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical execution Collaborate with multiple teams across Engineering, Product, and other functions to ensure effective execution of projects Resolve project-level issues, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks for smooth delivery Define and track KPIs, report progress, and escalate issues to leadership Optimize processes, refine tools, and implement best practices for efficient program delivery Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or Engineering management, focusing on software development or infrastructure Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and implementation in Cloud/SaaS/Enterprise domains Proven track record of delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana Preferred Qualifications Experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence domains, with a focus on AI or LLM exposure Technical background, such as a former engineer or technical degree Certifications in project management methodologies, such as SAFe Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall #MarketIntelligence #TechnicalProgramManagement #AI #CareerOpportunity #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
