FLSmidth Cement is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to customers in the cement industry – for more information please visit sales activities in South America for Ventomatic's range of products and systems in order to contribute to business results.Main Accountabilities:Report to the Head of Sales, based in ItalyPlans and executes sales activities in order to meet determined objectives within the geographical areaImplements strategies within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are metDevelops and retains key customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationshipsStays well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needsLeads negotiations to leads to the best possible terms for VentomaticCollaborates closely with Product Managers on technical questions in sales processes as a foundation for a product offering which meets the clients' needs in a commercially relevant mannerBuilds long lasting relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunitiesCollaborates with local network of colleague and agentsKnowledge, Skills, Experience:Bachelor/Master of Science or the equivalent knowledgeSome years of experienceInternational sales experiencePreferably knowledge of the Ventomatic products (or equivalent) and technical solutionsBasic awareness of site operationsCommercial knowledgeFunctional Competencies:Sales FoundationsSales Cycle/Sales ProcessSales MotivationBehavioral Competencies:Persuading and InfluencingApplying Expertise and TechnologyEntrepreneurial and Commercial ThinkingWhat we offer:Health, dental, life insuranceMeal voucherFriendly and open work envoirementAs an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth Cement embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
