We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support the day-to-day operations of our flagship wellness program.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedules, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptionsCommunicate with instructors to confirm availability, gather class details, and ensure timely updates, fostering strong relationships and effective collaborationProvide basic support to clients and instructors, addressing technical issues, providing FAQs, and ensuring a smooth user experienceMonitor class attendance, flagging any issues or trends, and assist in gathering feedback from members to improve class offeringsCollaborate with marketing and community teams to promote upcoming classes, leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to drive engagementMaintain accurate records and ensure consistent program delivery, upholding high standards of quality and excellenceRequirements1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, administration, virtual event management, or community support, with a proven track record of successStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through, with excellent time management and prioritization abilitiesComfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and digital scheduling tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholdersEnthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional resultsAbility to work independently in a remote environment, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivationBonus PointsExperience working at a health tech or wellness startup, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challengesBackground in virtual wellness delivery or e-learning company, with expertise in creating engaging online experiencesFamiliarity with wellness programming tools and virtual event logistics, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement
