our organizational goals by ensuring your business units are aligned to the strategic pillars.You will be establishing strong client relationships and aligning HR strategies with the objectives of your assigned business units.You are expected to provide HR expertise and support while working closely with leaders and team members to enhance the organization's talent and culture.What you'll be doingBuild strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challengesAct as a strategic partner on people related topicsPartner with leaders to enhance overall team performance through effective talent development and performance managementSupport business goals by collaborating cross functionally with talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, legal, etcSupport COEs by providing valuable insight, feedback and communication strategies to support People Team initiatives and programsProvide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on HR policies, Federal and local legislation, strategies and best practices to meet organizational goalsContribute to HR projects related to organizational development, culture enhancement, and changeConduct exit interviews, analyze data and provide insights and HR strategies to enhance retentionTrack and analyze key HR metrics and trends to provide insights, trainings and recommendations to leadersChampion our Purple culture by helping leaders drive engagement and open communication within their teamsDetermine development gaps within the business units and provide adhoc training as neededConduct targeted pulse checks and feedback sessions within business unitsAdditional hours may be needed to support increased workload during peak seasonOther duties as assignedWhat you will need to be successfulEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of experience3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting high volume business unitSpecialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to collaborate and influence at various organizational levelsSelf Starter and strong ability to work with amibiguityUnderstanding of HR principles and best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlinesCertifications, Licenses, Registrations:PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus#LI-RemoteThis is a remote position.Salary Range $72,000.00 To $91,500.00 / yearBenefits & PerksThe actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education,
