We are seeking a Student Conversion Manager to support a global client.
This is a new role focused on driving conversion across the student journey from lead to enrollment.
The position is fully remote; our office is in Chicago (USA).
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize student campaigns (Lead Nurture, Congrats & Pay, Pre-Arrival, etc.).
Own the monthly student campaign calendar.
Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and counseling teams to align strategies.
Qualifications
Experience with D2C journey and conversion optimization (education industry is a plus).
Knowledge of Marketo (basic) and Salesforce (intermediate).
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Nice-to-have
Basic Tableau (dashboards).
Basic Figma (journey mapping).
