About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Sales Specialist.This role will involve owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining a clean pipeline in Salesforce, and communicating clearly with clients via video calls.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is also beneficial.This opportunity offers a long-term independent contractor role with uncapped commissions, a base rate of $7–$10/hour depending on experience, and remote work setup with support and structure.We provide training and tools to help you succeed in this role.Key responsibilities include:Prospecting, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closingMaintaining a clean pipeline in SalesforceCommunicating clearly on video calls with clientsTo succeed, you should have:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA self-starter mindsetFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRMsWe offer a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and achievement.If you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
