SAP Data Assurance ManagerIn a fast-paced business environment, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data is crucial for informed decision-making.As an SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.This involves collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.You will oversee data preparation, provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, and track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.For this role, we are seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, preferably with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points is essential.Key Requirements:Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWe offer a dynamic work environment where you can learn and grow with our organization.
