Remote Endpoint Engineer LeadThis is a remote position to lead and manage a team of endpoint engineers.The role requires a leader with a focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, patching, and compliance for endpoints using NinjaOne.A key aspect of this position is driving automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Another important responsibility is to ensure endpoints meet compliance requirements.You will develop and implement endpoint security policies and procedures.This position also involves managing vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providers.You will respond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvement.In addition, you will create and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processes.Collaboration with security and IT teams is essential in implementing endpoint protection strategies.You will monitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability.Lastly, you will coordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.This position requires experience in people management, endpoint management, and technical skills such as proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.Additionally, strong communication skills are necessary for vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.Working independently in a remote environment is also crucial for this role.English language proficiency is required for this position.Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using scripting languagesDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****)Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be able to read and speak fluently in EnglishThis position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our organization.If you have the right combination of skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
