Estamos em busca de um(a)Analista de Marketing Sêniorpara atuar na área de Marketing da Gedeon Richter do Brasil.Este(a) profissional será responsável por apoiar o desenvolvimento de planos de marketing, elaboração de estratégias e materiais promocionais, além de organizar eventos e acompanhar pesquisas de mercado.É uma posição estratégica e de forte interface com equipe de vendas, médicos, agências de publicidade e fornecedores.Principais responsabilidades:Apoiar a gestão no levantamento de tendências e dados de mercado para planos de marketing;Acompanhar desempenho do portfólio e gerar relatórios;Atuar junto à equipe de vendas para captar insights e necessidades;Relacionar-se com médicos em parcerias científicas e eventos;Planejar, aprovar, produzir e distribuir materiais promocionais e amostras;Organizar eventos internos e congressos médicos;Relacionar-se com fornecedores (agências, gráficas, transportadoras, brindes);Controlar despesas da área e acompanhar budget;Executar rotinas administrativas: pagamentos, NF de materiais promocionais, cadastros em sistemas.Requisitos obrigatóriosGraduação em Propaganda e Marketing, Administração ou Publicidade e Propaganda;Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área de Marketing, (obrigatório em empresas farmacêuticas);Inglês avançado;Excel, Word e PowerPoint avançados;DesejávelPós-graduação;Espanhol avançado;Conhecimento das plataformas IQVIA (OCE, GPS, FMB, DDD, MDTR).Competências/SkillsEstratégia e planejamento de marketingRelacionamento com agências e fornecedoresOrganização e execução de eventosGestão orçamentária e controle de despesasRelacionamento interpessoalSenso crítico e visão analítica
