IT Integration ManagerElevate the integration of IT projects within an organization, ensuring seamless alignment, efficient execution, and strategic objectives.Main Responsibilities:Leadership and Technical Oversight: Guide project implementations to align with architectural design, foster communication among stakeholders, and ensure technical consulting.Comprehensive Integration Planning: Develop and implement integration plans for IT projects, assessing compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies.Project and Resource Optimization: Plan and manage timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project progress and performance.Technical Feasibility Assessments: Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects, determine the best approach and resources needed.Risk Mitigation Strategies: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process.Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare comprehensive project documentation and drive continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies.Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or a related field.Integration Tools and Platforms: Experience with various integration tools and platforms to facilitate project integration, configure, and maintain them.Architecture: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development.Systems and Tools Management: Implementation and management of systems to track and report metrics of integration projects.Key Competencies:Communication and Influence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead by example, working with cross-functional teams and building consensus among stakeholders.Strategic Vision: Ability to think 'in the big picture', aligning technological decisions with long-term company objectives.
