Operations Excellence SpecialistAbout the Role: We are seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to support our US cities team in delivering growth and efficiency in day-to-day work and operations.Key Responsibilities: Spearhead process improvements for growth and portfolio changes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.Analyze data to create detailed reports for leadership, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data insights.Standardize ways of working across markets to improve timeliness and execution on furnishings and move-outs, ensuring seamless delivery of services.Perform audits and enhance data metrics for guests and internal teams, managing timely data collection to update productivity and achievements on projects.Enter unit/building/process information accurately, ensuring all fields are clear for other teams to reference.Collaborate with operational team members and organizational leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for process enhancements.Communicate with third-party vendors and companies to support OPS/CX operations, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.Administrative Support: Support US cities with onboarding and move-out tasks, including utility and telecommunication setups, package setups, and account cancellations.Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks and move-outs, coordinating with third-party vendors and buildings to ensure smooth transitions.Track disposal and data related to move-outs, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
