About this roleWe are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team and drive human resources excellence in the LATAM region.The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our team members and clients, executing people initiatives, delivering internal customer service, and driving process improvement.This role involves assisting with various HR tasks, such as talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams, and organizing company events.Contributing to the company's strategy and attending regular team meetings.Identifying and resolving conflicts, maintaining a positive atmosphere in the teams, and working closely with the LATAM HR People Partner.Providing exceptional service tailored to client needs, partnering with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct quarterly HR meetings, and acting as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.Key requirements for success:Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.At least 3 years of human resources experience, preferably in tech companies.Strong communication skills, experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, Notion, and other applications.Time management skills, flexibility, adaptability, emotional intelligence, ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.Why you should consider this opportunityA dynamic work environment that values innovation and collaboration.Flexible PTO and work schedule.Professional development training, certifications, and conferences.Private health insurance, free advanced English lessons, fully remote work, free accounting and legal support, team-building events, and access to an online shop where you can use coins to purchase branded items.
