We are currently seeking a Wedding Sales Manager at The Madison Event Center & Hotel Covington to join our growing team.Our ideal candidate is dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.As a Wedding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and contracting wedding events across multiple venues.As a representative for our businesses, delivering exceptional client experiences from the first inquiry must be your passion.Full-Time, In OfficeBase Salary + CommissionResponsibilitiesProactively prospect, negotiate, and contract new clients for wedding and social events at multiple venuesAggressively pursue incoming and self-generated leads from various sourcesConduct compelling and informative site tours for prospective clients, showcasing our spaces and servicesNegotiate proposals to maximum profitability while maintaining client satisfactionPrepare contracts and all supporting documentation accurately and efficientlyPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data as requestedConsistently meet or exceed sales & revenue goals set by leadershipRepresent the company at bridal shows, trade shows, and other networking events to build brand awareness and generate leadsResolve client or guest issues with professionalism, urgency, and careCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Details, Operations, and Culinary, to ensure a seamless client experienceAssist in planning and executing company eventsContribute to social media efforts and other marketing initiatives as neededMaintain and grow professional relationships with local vendors, planners, and venue partnersRequirementsProven sales experience in weddings, events, or hospitality – venue experience highly preferredStrong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for building client relationshipsA self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management abilitiesAdaptable to working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHigh energy, passion for weddings, and drive to succeedScheduleFull Time in OfficeTuesday – Saturday, 9am-5pmSome weeknight hoursSystemsCaterease – experience is highly preferredSocial TablesMicrosoft OfficeCompensationBase Salary + CommissionThis position is commission-heavy and best suited for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell and are motivated by performance-based payOffering uncapped earning potential with a base salary to support while you ramp up#J-*****-Ljbffr
