Job Description:We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Strategic Business Partnership Specialist to play a key role in sourcing deal opportunities by directly engaging with business owners across target industries.This is a performance-based, full-time remote position.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-volume outreach via phone calls, email, and other communication channels to establish and maintain direct relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.They will also be self-motivated and organized, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to meeting outreach and conversion goals.The Strategic Business Partnership Specialist will work closely with the marketing and acquisitions teams to develop personalized outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-up campaigns.They will also track and report on outreach activity, engagement metrics, and pipeline development to measure performance and optimize calling strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone; clear and persuasive verbal and written communication abilities.Professional Presence: Friendly, confident, and capable of building rapport quickly with business owners.Self-Motivated & Organized: Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to meet outreach and conversion goals.Tech Proficiency: Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and CRM systems.Analytical Mindset: Interested in understanding business models, valuation drivers, and deal flow processes.Benefits:This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay plus a success fee tied to individual and company performance.In addition, the position provides opportunities for professional growth and development in business development, private equity, and deal sourcing.Access to internal learning resources and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.Others:If you are a motivated and ambitious individual looking for a challenging opportunity to advance your career, please apply for this role.We look forward to hearing from you
