OverviewCollaborating with management, departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications; evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
Perform discovery of customer current process, solution or platform.
Perform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutions.
Develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.
Collaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be delivered according to customer quality criteria.
Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with management, departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specificationsEvaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basisPerform discovery of customer current process, solution or platformPerform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutionsDevelop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teamsCollaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be delivered according to customer quality criteriaPartner with developers to define optimized system integrationSkillsMust have:Identifying and building end-user requirementsBilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent)Deep knowledge in payments applicationsKnowledge in banking or processing backofficeGreat knowledge and experience on ISO 8583Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification process, policies and workflowExperience in business rules for payments applicationsHigh proficiency in business requirement writingExtensive experience with data visualizationCustomer service skillsFollow-up skillsProven analytical abilitiesExperience in generating process documentationExcellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insightsNice to have:Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: IST Switch Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator (functional point of view).
