OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Our team is a diverse group united by the conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy and Ledn's products and services play a critical role in doing so.The core values guiding us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services.The opportunity is to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in fast-growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code, and is eager to help end users who are in need of assistance.You will contribute to the design, implementation and management of Ledn's growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.ResponsibilitiesOwn support as the first line of assistance for employees, via Slack, Jira, etc.Provide an outstanding support experience.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the retrieval process for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles and automate routine tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents end-to-end; balance help desk tickets with project work in Jira using Agile methods and sprints.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn (Qualifications)7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; API integration between systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Excellent communication skills across media; ability to articulate ideas clearly and assist users under pressure.Strong writing skills for tickets, email, and Slack; clear, friendly, concise communication; customer-oriented mindset.Security-minded with knowledge of PGP; basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); ability to methodically troubleshoot using OSI model layers.Self-management with the ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS.Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitWe seek leaders who thrive in startup or tech environments and embody our values: adaptability, resilience, collaboration, empathy, integrity and accountability.Experience working in a remote environment is valued.What We ProvideComprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package; competitive PTO and ownership in the company through equity.Remote-work flexibility: opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career and a commitment to removing barriers so you can love what you do.We are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.You may reach out to the Ledn team by emailing ****** for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.Ledn Working Environment: Our team is global and remote-first.We are a diverse, remote-first company with applicants worldwide.Due to high volume of applications, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response, and we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
