A The House é a plataforma que transforma o financiamento imobiliário em uma jornada simples, rápida e digital.Conectamos corretores, imobiliárias e assessorias de crédito aos maiores bancos e fintechs do Brasil, com tecnologia proprietária e suporte especializado.Estamos em busca de um SDR (Sales Development Representative) para abrir portas e gerar oportunidades comerciais.Será a linha de frente da nossa máquina de vendas, responsável por prospectar e qualificar potenciais clientes para nossos Executivos de Vendas.Responsabilidades:Realizar prospecção ativa (cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn);Qualificar leads de acordo com perfil ideal (imobiliárias, assessorias de crédito, corretores);Mapear stakeholders e identificar dores de negócio;Alimentar e organizar informações no CRM diariamente;Agendar reuniões para os Closers.RequisitosPerfil com ótima comunicação oral e escrita, resiliência e persistente;Experiência em vendas outbound/Inbound ou call center será diferencial;Organização para lidar com alto volume de contatos;Energia e resiliência para trabalhar com metas.BenefíciosAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaEmpréstimo consignadoPlano de carreiraVale alimentaçãoSeguro de vidaVale refeiçãoVale transportePrograma de orientação pessoal - C4 LifeDay OffIncentivoVale combustívelFIAP
