You'll work directly with our Growth Marketing Manager and VP of Growth Marketing to execute paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for clients in the Web3 space.This is a highly tactical role focused on day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization across performance channels (e.g., Google, Meta, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn).
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented operators who can quickly implement changes, troubleshoot performance issues, and clearly communicate the rationale behind optimizations through regular reporting and documentation.While strategic input is welcome, this role is execution-first.
You'll be expected to follow growth plans, hit performance benchmarks, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.This is a remote, hourly contractor position.
