Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM countries)
The Spanish Web Content Specialist will manage, publish, and optimize Spanish-language medical content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and style standards.
The specialist will work closely with translators to ensure finalized Spanish content is accurately and efficiently published online.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Spanish, especially in reading and writing, with strong attention to detail and familiarity with web content workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure high-quality content delivery.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the publishing and maintenance of Spanish-language content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Ensure content is linguistically and culturally appropriate, accurate, and aligned with organizational style and brand guidelines.
Perform quality checks to confirm that published content matches approved translations, and ensure proper formatting, layout, linking, and metadata for Spanish content.
Collaborate with translators, content managers, designers, and others to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web experiences.
Maintain site structure, navigation, and digital assets within AEM.
Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Resolve content issues that are identified through site audits.
3. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Formal Knowledge: Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of web content management experience and native or near-native Spanish proficiency (with reading and writing skills).
Competencies/Skills: Language/Translation Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; able to read and write in Spanish with excellent attention to spelling, grammar, and detail.
Experience managing multilingual or multicultural digital content.
Proficiency in proofing content using neutral Spanish lexicon.
Technology Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content authoring and asset management.
Proficiency with Windows operating system and Office suite software.
Familiarity with general website best practices for SEO, user experience, and accessibility.
Understanding of basic HTML and general web development concepts.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration software, preferably Monday.
Soft Skills Careful attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to track projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and make decisions to balance multiple projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Patient Content team, other Client teams, and vendors.
Specialized Training or Knowledge Experience working with translation/localization workflows and tools.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
Background in health care, nonprofit, or global communications (a plus, but not required).

CONTACTS Internal Contacts: Works closely with Spanish Translators, Managing Editor, Medical Content, and Managing Director, Content Production and Development to prioritize projects and determine strategies for improvement.
Works as needed with Web Development, SEO, and UX teams to improve website authoring tools and online user experience.
Works occasionally with additional Client teams as organizational needs arise.
External Contacts: Works as needed with outside content reviewers, translation contractors, and software vendors.
