You'll collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team across the Americas, gaining global experience in one of the most exciting spaces in digital media: Finance and Money Management.If you're looking for a role where you're trusted, supported, and set up to thrive, this is it.Must HaveHands-on experience running social or native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or LiveintentProven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using dataStrong attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence and task managementAbility to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly in a remote work environmentDisplay an attitude of positivity and willingness to embrace change, not getting discouraged when business or cross-functional needs changePassion for performance marketing and a desire to grow within the Make Money/Manage Money vertical of our largest brand, FinanceBuzzEXPERIENCE: 2+ years of media buying or programmatic experience, with a focus on performance-driven results across social or native ad campaignsYour RoleSupport the success and growth of our Make Money/Manage Money native and social media campaigns by executing campaign builds, monitoring performance, and assisting in optimizations that help scale winning strategies.OutcomesExecute and manage native ad campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or Liveintent with speed and accuracyMonitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placementsPartner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growthFacilitate creative testing by assisting with copy iteration, image/video swaps, and tracking resultsConduct competitor research and performance audits to surface new testing opportunitiesCollaborate with the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign setup and timely asset deliveryMaintain campaign documentation and update performance trackers regularly to support team throughputCompetenciesExecution-Oriented: Manages deliverables independently and consistently follows through on tasks that enable campaign momentum and growthDetail-Driven: Demonstrates accuracy in reporting, campaign QA, and implementation of optimizationsAnalytical Thinker: Understand key ad metrics and translate data into actionable strategies that improve funnel performanceCollaborative: Works effectively across team lines with buyers, content creators, and analysts to move campaigns forwardCurious: Asks the right questions, seeks to understand performance drivers, and uses data to guide recommendationsProactive Communicator: Provides regular updates, flags issues early, and clearly communicates changes or learnings to stakeholdersCoachability: Open to feedback, quickly applies learnings, and demonstrates a strong desire to grow into a more strategic buyerExperience and Employment DetailsExperience: 2+ years of media buying or programmatic experience, with a focus on performance-driven results across social or native ad campaignsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Advertising ServicesWe are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity company.
