Position Overview Analysis, Plan, coordinate, and manage all sales and marketing events to end users of Brazil, find all the possible opportunities and involved in and provide quotation and marketing intelligence to make sure Neway award the order in the assigned territory, developing proper channel and expansion Neway brand influence in the assigned territory.Essential Job FunctionsMarket analysis, marketing intelligence and business development advisory related to major Oil & Gas, petrochemical, FPSO, POWER, RENEWABLE ENERGY, WATERTREATMENT and other energy projects in Brazil, Develop and recommend specific sales and marketing objectives and create annual forecast for each customer.Methodology advisory and technical support for the purpose to get Neway registered and approval and prequalification of NEWAY valves with EPC and end users in Brazil.Liaison support for relationships with End User departments (CSD, Inspections, Business Development, and Strategic Sourcing etc.) involved in prequalification and approval of valves manufacturers. Organization of meetings of NEWAY executives with potential clients and subsequent follow up, improve the cooperation on technical, quality, operation and commercial between Neway and clients. Keep improving Neway influence in client's organization and marketing share. Updated information about Brazil local content guidelines and related local incentive policies by Brazil AuthoritiesInvolved in different stages of projects from key end-user and EPCs, Advisory support for negotiation of bidding with local customer. Coordinate pricing strategies with HQ sales assistant team and assist with technical questions always contribute marketing intelligence to keep Neway 's biding offer in competitive stage and win the official order, so that to comply with the annual sale and order booking target. Maintain sound business relationships by visiting customers on a regular basis Conduct presentations of the Neway Corporation and Products Provide Sales and Marketing reports on a periodic basis Assist with Company Functions and coordinate customer involvementAssist with day-to-day operations and sales initiatives such as Product Presentations, Trade Show participation, product training, customer visits, cooperation with HQ PM team & sale team to participate in KOM, PIM and the additional meeting to make sure the smooth communication between factory and clients, make sure the TQ, payment, commission, Shipment can be arranged timely. RequirementsCollege Degree preferred or minimum 10 years' experience in valve sales or oil and gas industrial business. Professional and courteous communication and customer service skills, with great influence and partnership with end users of Brazil is preferred. Experienced in Brazil local content law and Brazil customs process, and the good knowledge and operation experience on goods imported process. Ability to work well under pressure while multi-tasking the needs of multiple customersGood ability to make business plan and result based work principle and be responsible for required KPI and team target Professional and Positive Attitude and weekly report habit to management team.English and PortugueseRegular travel (at least 50%) and occasional multiple day overnight travel.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PointSelf-drive character, Energetic, Work well independently and possess a high-energy level, competitive nature and also can cooperate with international colleagues to enhance the influence of Neway valve.
